You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your application before we begin processing, if there is a technical error on our part that prevents application completion, or if you are charged multiple times for the same application.
A partial refund may be issued if you cancel after processing has begun but before submission, or if you request a downgrade in processing speed before your application is submitted.
Refunds will not be issued if your application has been submitted to Thai immigration authorities, if your application is rejected due to inaccurate information you provided, if you change your travel plans after your Digital Arrival Card has been issued, or if you fail to use your Digital Arrival Card within its validity period.
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@thailandarrivalcard.com with your application reference number, reason for refund request, and any supporting documentation.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may request a review by contacting our customer support team. We will review your case and provide a final decision within 10 business days.
